Shipping Policy for Vape Sync

Vape Sync ships vape products only within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from California. Please read the details below to understand our shipping options, delivery times, and requirements.


1. Processing Orders

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Processing includes verifying your age, confirming payment, and preparing your package. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


2. Shipping Locations

We only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or lost packages.

Free Shipping

  • FedEx 2-Day Shipping – Free for orders over $120.
    Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.
    This is our fastest free shipping option and includes tracking.

  • USPS Priority Mail – Free for orders over $79.
    Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
    Includes tracking and standard delivery service.

Paid Shipping (Orders Under $79)

  • USPS Ground Advantage – $6.
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
    A reliable option for smaller orders, with tracking included.

  • USPS Priority Mail – $10.
    Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
    Faster delivery with tracking and insurance included.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays.


4. Tracking Your Order

All shipped orders receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.


5. Shipping Address Requirements

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier first.

If the issue persists, contact Vape Sync customer support. We will assist in resolving the situation, but we cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-related issues outside our control.


7. Age-Restricted Delivery

Since we sell vape products, some carriers may require an Adult Signature (21+) at delivery.

A valid government-issued ID may be required to accept the package. Failure to provide age verification may result in the package being returned to us.
